PLATFORM COMMISSION

0% Campus Connect commission for your first 3 months. Then a flat 10% on every sale.

During your free period Campus Connect takes nothing. A small payment-gateway fee (charged by the payment provider, e.g. Razorpay — not by Campus Connect) may still apply to each transaction. After 3 months from approval, Campus Connect's 10% commission begins.

1. Commission

Campus Connect deducts a 10% commission on every successful sale. The remaining 90% is settled to the seller.

2. Payment Handling

All payments are facilitated and managed through Campus Connect's integrated payment system, powered by a regulated payment provider. Campus Connect manages the payment process, commission deduction, and settlement schedule. The funds themselves are held and disbursed by the regulated payment partner and are not retained in Campus Connect's own account.

3. Settlement Schedule

Seller earnings (the 90% share after the 10% commission) are settled on the first Monday after an order is delivered and completed. Settlements are processed weekly on Mondays for all orders completed in the preceding week. Amounts for orders that are pending, disputed, or undelivered are not settled until they are completed.

4. Verification

Sellers must be verified students with valid Aadhaar and College ID. Providing false information may result in immediate removal.

5. Prohibited Items

Sellers may not list illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, or banned goods. Violations lead to immediate suspension.

6. Delivery & Conduct

Sellers must fulfil accepted orders honestly, deliver to the buyer's stated campus address, and confirm delivery via the OTP system. Repeated cancellations or misconduct may result in a ban.

7. Account Suspension

Campus Connect reserves the right to suspend or remove sellers who breach these terms or the platform's policies.
